We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and expected date of shipment.

Order

Stock item will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CEST) will be shipped the same day.
We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (СEST) to Friday 18:00 (СEST). We does not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We offer international delivery with DHL Express all over the world. Orders placed in Ukraine are shipped via Nova Post. We do not ship to russian federation and belarus.

Shipping to Spain and Ukraine is free.

Taxes and duties

The prices listed do not include international taxes or customs fees, so additional charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, meaning that your order may incur taxes or duties imposed by the local customs authorities. The prices shown online are exclusive of any extra charges. Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if you choose to decline your order after it has been shipped.

Return Policy

We endeavour to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that return conditions specified below are met:

All products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all paper tags are in original condition and packaging and the original hygienic protection sticker still intact. Returns that do not comply with the Xphemism returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.

The following items will NOT be accepted:

— Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything Xphemism reasonably believes has been used;

— Following categories are non-returnable: briefs, bodysuits.

— Gift Cards;

— Discounted or sale items.

Please note, all shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Easy online returns

Easy returns are offered for all online orders. Products can be exchanged for an alternative size. Following categories are returnable: corset, corset bra, top-bra, longsleeve. You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Your next steps:

  1. Please check the Returns Conditions in the first place.

  2. Get in touch with our Customer Support Team cc@xphemism.com and specify the reason of return, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product.

  3. Get return shipping address. Pack your order in original package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense.

  4. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster.

  5. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. We will pay you back the full price of the product once we have ensured that the product's appearance, properties and factory labels have been preserved.

All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the item will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.
Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

How to exchange the item

We understand that finding the perfect size can be tricky, so we're committed to making your exchange process as simple as possible. Here’s how it works: contact our support team at сс@xphemism.com within 14 days of receiving your item. If the alternative size you need is available, we'll ship it to you at no extra cost once we receive the original item in the required condition outlined in our Return Policy. If the alternative size isn’t available, we'll guide you through our standard return process.

Damaged/wrong item received

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at cc@xphemism.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We will help you with this.
